This N.Y.C. Skyline cake I created as the
groom's cake at my son and Erin's wedding . Oct. 7, 2006.


Happy 20th Anniversary!
Celebrate with a White Chocolate raspberry cheesecake decorated with hand made chocolate accoutrements and dipped white chocolate strawberries.
 


This cake was done as a "thank you" for a couple
who sponsored a Habitat house
in lieu of their 50th Anniversary.
  
 I made this Bra Cake for my Best Bud's 50th Birthday Celebration		  



This flamingo cake was for a friends' 40th birthday.
It was my first attempt at decorating a cheesecake.

This pine dresser was transformed to be a part of a bamboo forest room. It now lives in Julia's Panda Room.

Jane & Gary's Wedding Cake

                                                   Hawaiian Cake is French Vanilla with Pineapple filling and
                                                                    Fondant decorations. The Coconuts on the palm trees are hand
                                                                    dipped chocolate macadamia nuts and the "sand" is brown sugar.
